Regularly, we review the mission statement of Keep Charlotte Beautiful, ensuring that all fundraising efforts match up to the core goals of the organization.We work together to establish fundraising targets with deadlines that are both ambitious and realistic to have the greatest impact.
Resource Development
We invest in donor research tools and networking opportunities to expand the reach of the board, while developing proposals and applications for grants with an established system for tracking potential sponsorship leads and funding sources.
Outreach & Engagement
We work with Keep Charlotte Beautiful's communications team to create materials that educate and inspire the community about the work the team does. We also maintain consistent communication with donors and supporters through a regular newsletter and social media updates.
Event Excellence
We brainstorm creative event concepts that align with the Keep Charlotte Beautiful brand and mission. We’ve developed a structured sponsorship packet with various levels of benefits for potential partners.
Stewardship & Recognition
We share regular reports with donors that include photos, testimonials, and data that shows how their contributions are making a difference.
