Friends of Keep Charlotte Beautiful is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit corporation dedicated to raising funds for Keep Charlotte Beautiful, a City of Charlotte program that equips hundreds of volunteers to remove litter from city streets and neighborhoods, plant pollinator-friendly gardens and award grants to fund community-based beatification projects.
Our mission is to partner with citizens, businesses and non-profits and other like-minded organizations to raise money for Keep Charlotte Beautiful so it can expand its programs and impact.

Every year, hundreds of citizens remove thousands of bags of litter from Charlotte’s streets and plant pollinator-friendly gardens equipped with neon yellow safety vests, pickers, garbage bags, gloves and gardening supplies provided by Keep Charlotte Beautiful and its partners. Their work beautifies our city, revitalizes neighborhoods and builds civic bonds that improve our quality of life in ways that are both visible and invisible.
Keep Charlotte Beautiful Inc. was formed to raise money for KCB so it can keep up with the city’s growth by expand .
